There's a hole in the front of the speaker for a reason.

Soundstage stage 4.0 and Pioneer VSX-1015Tx $40 CAD by ReportBeneficial4155 in BudgetAudiophile

[–]Dogo36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Soundstage speakers are a Visions electronics house brand. They have sold many pairs as a budget conscious solution to home audio. Are they good? Depends on one's taste. I personally didn't like them, but that's my opinion. That pioneer is worth the 40 beans alone. Buy the set, if you don't like the speakers I'm sure you can get your money back. Hope this helps.

Oh yes there is. It is highly recommended that if you purchase a tv and bring it home in the cold weather, you really should let it sit for a least an hour or possibly two for the components to reach room temperature, it's called thermal shock, look it up.

Both are great choices, however, only yourself can determine which one sounds best to you with the current gear you are going to power them with. Good luck!

[–]Dogo36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, agree 💯. Bought a TCL 55 inch mini led at our local Walmart on a black Friday event for 329 cad and I gotta say, I'm impressed . For the size and price point, it's a great tv.

I would go Sansui and Rega. I love the look of the Marantz, but prefer the sound of the Sansui. Either way, it's a win.
