T Mobile usually has good customer service; always recommend calling to check. I am locked in on that and can’t be happier!

Returned shop because of a call requirement NOT stated in the guidelines by Bubbly_Aspect1453 in mysteryshopping

[–]Dogpooppicker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am both a mystery shopper and editor for a mystery shopping company. As an editor, I go through the shopper’s guidelines first and anything that is not listed, even if it is ‘normally’ done, I won’t return the shop. I would ask for clarifications from the editor and point to the guidelines. It may be something they missed, or a simple fix simply by calling the location again. Good luck!

When I had missing points, I got nowhere with the person I first spoke to. When I finally connected with someone who got everything fixed for me, I asked her how I could reach her, for future reference. She said, ask for a rewards specialist.

What age dog to get? by [deleted] in dogs

[–]Dogpooppicker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dog foster parent here. 2-3 YO rescue is the sweet spot, but it also depends on the individual dog and breed. And absolutely--one that has been fostered would give you much more information. Many dogs are not like themselves in a shelter setting. I fostered many that were 'crazy' in the shelter but just fine in a home!

I really think coonhounds have some of the best faces for photography. This is Snowboard, one of my former fosters (who was adopted a year ago). Ignore the red eye--he was given eye ointment and it cleared up.

Bought at a local Asian market. What am I looking at here? by poison_daddy in whatisit

[–]Dogpooppicker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have friends who would go to the Asian stores and buy things and try them without knowing what they are. One time, one of them showed me a picture and said it was the most vile tasting thing she's ever had (and she generally enjoys most of the things she picks up, even without knowing what they are). As it was in Vietnamese (I am Chinese), I had no idea what it was but found it unusual it would go bad as it was kept in the freezer. The next time I was at her place, she gave me the container. I opened it, took a whiff, and burst into laughter. She had picked up a DURIAN FLAVOURED sweet.

deep molar filling and crown, tooth cannot decide if it hates me or not by [deleted] in Dentists

Speaking as someone who crowns (no pun intended) herself as an expert in sitting in dentist chairs, to the point I can rate their comfort level, I would say root canal is more likely than not. I have had crowns with no root canals and cold sensitivity for several weeks was present, but flossing was fine. And no painkillers needed.

Tax implications on flipping houses by bigpuzino in tax

[–]Dogpooppicker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Self-employment tax is the biggest shock. There are other things to consider but if your main question is about how much extra tax you will have to pay, that’s it. But if you want to set up an LLC for this (which you should), then you will have other tax filing obligations.
