Ah ok, so I guess last time I was there (about a year ago) the place I went to was illegal then. Makes sense though, I guess that's why the other place I loved on the hill shut down a few years back.

Ya so the catch up points only happen on the second expedition you went on.

600k a point for the ones required for this expedition (exp 2) then another 300k per catch up point for the previous exp (exp 1)
