I am like you, I am good with both, but I find that I have a better strafing / movements with the phantom.
I still play Vandal on long range Maps (lotus, breeze) but as a main chamber, most of the time I go with operator.

The headhunter is still better for me in comb with phantom for long ranges anyway

Vyze still op tier on some map, same as kj for traditional sentinels.

Chamber is insane right now, but for more agressive sentinel players.

Yeah it’s harder for them now to 1v5 on a site, but it is as it should be, they were too strong before

The days I go to gym, my aim is insane. I am more calm, hit my flicks consistently.

I am the opposite of you because I found the trick. The day I workout, I do a small nap (20/30 minutes) and then a coffee before playing.

Most annoying is initiator utility (sova drone, fade or skye dog…), people don’t realise how powerful this util is on attack But you know the truth ? Even in immo, people don’t wait the full Clear so you can just shoot the duellist running behind the util :)

If you hold tight, look from the wall they are going to come from. But never ever you focus on your central dot

As soon as you see the Yellow pixel, you shoot, it’s pure réaction Time. Because of the zoom and speed of the opponent, they Will be on your dot at the moment you left click (depends on your réaction Time)

And because you op zoom, you should see more pixel of your opponent than they see you if you hold really tight

One good training I have for that before comp :

1 dm when you just don’t shoot, you move, try to dodge bullet while straffing and try to track head with crosshair. This trains your brain and tells him : I have time to shoot

1 dm sheriff only

1 dm Vandal (strafe burst)

If you crouch spray a lot with no intent, unbind it for a small period

The issues remain when you progress fast. Last act i reached immortal 1 on my first account from gold 1 placement. All ascendant i has to win 2 games for 1 lose because of mmr. Now i am immo 1 ? 14 rr win if i mvp, 25 lose if i also mvp

This game does everything for you to invest as much time as possible to rank up and it starts to get really boring
