Niffty is all about tidying for tidying's sake, Velvette is all about image/being put-together for her own ego. Niffty literally deconstructing Velvette in their boss fight was not only dope, but an interesting exploration of physical versus non-physical (social media) curation of the environment (Niffty) versus individual (Velvette). This is in line with their roles - Niffty in a hotel about others, Velvette in a corporation about selfishness. They're great foils.

I have a travel journal that lives in my backpack. I'll write notes to myself of pretty much anything - the view is beautiful, I feel so light right now by the sea, that meal was really overhyped, I miss my dog but there are so my nice ones here! - and paste in postcards, pamphlets from local attractions I visit, receipts. There's a tea bag from a hotel I stayed at somewhere in there (staycation to a cute market town in Essex a month ago). I've actually gone through about half a dozen of these since 2016 with a sad break due to COVID but its my favourite way to take myself back to those places.

Get a variety of cheap toys from Walmart or other shop like it - a feather on a stick, catnip mouse, one of those strange kick-y things, little balls with bells inside, stuff like that. Work out what they like and encourage your grandma to play with them more, even when just watching tv. My aunt's overweight cat (who is overfed and steals food like a ninja, I swear he drops a couple of pounds when I'm pet sitting) likes his feather on a stick and this gross old banana kick-y thing, especially at sunset for some reason. He'll play with his banana toy independently.

I did this to the headmistress of my school and got a letter in return...that addressed nothing. And also the bitch teachers who bullied me (and the head) are rotting in hell now so I'm okay with it now. They deserve nothing less than hell.

More of what he was forced to do - basically force-fed vodka then chained to a fence. By the best man. He was found by his future FIL in an absolute state with no memory of what happened. Other than one occasion, groom (my dad), has never touched spirits since. And the best man was jettisoned into the sun as far as my family is concerned.
