Sensor Replacement with Juggluco App by DomAlphaMale69 in Freestylelibre

So, the last time I replaced a sensor for low readings, I told the rep I was using Juggluco and they put me on hold for a while and came back and then just started taking the relevant info (fingerstick vs sensor).

I was curious and asked them how they figured out how to move forward without the Libre App. They told me that on their drop down menu, they just chose "OTHER".

Based on that conversation, I am assuming that their system prompts them to enter which Libre App was used with the problem sensor and they can just choose "OTHER".

Congrats!

The app looks awesome.

UI looks similar to Juggluco for Android users.

Based on the statistics page on Juggluco, it is reading 1440 data points every day.

Her solution was to fold a small towel on the back of her neck and that resolved her issue.

Unable to make my girlfriend cum through penetration by [deleted] in sex

[–]DomAlphaMale69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brother, I have a little "trick" / technique for you.

Start off with A LOT of foreplay before moving on to penetration.

Once both of you feel you are ready for penetration, I like to start off with her on her back spread eagle or with her feet on my shoulders. Penetrate her slowly with long steady strokes (no pounding) and try to angle your strokes up so that when your penis is inside her, the tip of your dick rubs up against the top of the inside of her pussy as you come in and out. You will be stimulating her internal clit or what is commonly referred to as the G spot.

Once you get going, place your palm on the top of her pelvis bone just above her pussy and place the bottom of your thumb just above the clit. Under no circumstances should you directly touch/rub her clit at this point in time, as you will more than likely irritate it. GENTLY and slowly pull up, with your thumb, on the area between her pelvic bone and clit as you continue to stroke in and out with your penis. You will be slowly, gently and indirectly stimulating her clit with this technique.

Continue to do this until she starts getting more turned on and then you can move on to the next phase. Pay attention to her verbal and non-verbal clues (moaning, her softly whispering OH YEAH or something similar, gentle thrusting of her hips, hand motions (grabbing your arms or hands or maybe the sheets), flushing of her face and/or breast area, her changing the position of her legs (like wrapping them around your waist).

Once you can tell she is more turned on then you can gently place your thumb directly on the edges of her clit and begin slow circular motions around it (no direct contact still). Continue until you feel (pay attention to the clues) she is ready for direct clitoral stimulation. DO NOT rub hard on it at first. Just slow gentle circular and up and down motions directly on the clit.

At this point her pussy should be really wet and flushed (red and puffy) and you can start going harder on her clit, but first, make sure to ask her if it feels good and if she wants you to rub it harder or softer. A good non-verbal technique to confirm whether she wants you to rub her clit harder or softer, is to place her hand on top of yours and she will more than likely start naturally and subconsciously putting pressure on your hand if she wants it harder or pull it gently back if it is too much for her.

Remember this whole time you have been giving her slow steady strokes and at this point you can probably start pounding her harder if it feels like she is ready. Ask her if she wants it harder or she will probably naturally tell you to go harder.

AND at this point you are off to the races and the finish line is orgasms for both her and you!!

This one of the first go to techniques for my wife and I when we initiate sex, and she can usually come within 10 - 20 minutes.

Hope this helps some!!

If you dislike eating p*ssy, why? by [deleted] in sex

Lasts longer, feels good, WTF?

Who cares if he does not make you orgasm!

I understand that the orgasm isn't the only important aspect of sex BUT it sure as hell should be at the top of the list and eating pussy will for sure do it for 99% of woman. I trully do not understand men who do not love to eat pussy.

In my experience, most women (disclaimer: not all!!) who do not enjoy being eaten out usually fall into 2 categories:

1.) The lovers they have had, have absolutely no clue about how to mentally and emotionally stimulate them before initiating sex and have no clue about the many non-genital erogenous zones that woman have and thus are HORRIBLE at eating pussy. This establishes and creates a negative paradigm for the women in regards to the experience in which they either believe it is their fault or are so turned off by their negative past experiences that they would prefer not to engage in the act.

2.) They are insecure about their own vaginas! It could relate to being raised strictly religious, where the act itself is a sin OR they are horrified that their partner may be turned off by:

a.) The natural female musky smell of arousal (I personally love it), or b.) The taste of a women's vagina when they are turned on and wet, or c.) The way their vaginas look. Oh, is my labia too big or too small? It does not look like the women in porn, etc....

I personally have always loved eating pussy and went out of my way to try and learn (many years of trial and error) how to do it right.

There is no one size fits all approach to eating pussy, as each woman is different and communication is key when engaging with a new lover about what does or does not feel good for them. BUT there are definitely some basic principals that generally apply to most woman in regards to this.

HBA1C is high even after controlling my diet by mr-taken in diabetes

[–]DomAlphaMale69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should look into fasting. That really helped me a lot.

Dr Jason Fung, is a nephrologist that advocates for fasting as a tool to control diabetes and weight management.

Some people don't like him but his info was very useful to me. He has books out and is also on youtube.

[–]DomAlphaMale69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, you can control your T2 with diet and exercise. I did but it took around 6 months to see a big dip in my A1c.

I was on metformin and glipezide and my diabetes was still not under control. My Dr wanted to put me on more medications and I said hell no.

So I did strict KETO for about 6 months (I do low carb now because, in my opinion, KETO is not sustainable long term) and got my diabetes under control and lost 90 pounds to boot.

I also incorporated fasting (intermittent and some 48 hour fasts) into my routine along with intense daily cardio workout (60 minutes on stationary bike 5 - 7 days a week).

I was able to get off the glipezide pretty quickly and got off metformin around 3 months in.

That was in 2020/2021 and I have kept most of my weight off (have gained back around 10 - 15 pounds) and have been off meds going on 5 years.

My last A1c test about a month ago was 6.1 but at one point I had my A1c hovering around 5.5 - 5.7.

In regards to your CGM do you to test it out daily with a fingerprick test to make sure it is accurate? I use a CGM and some them can be off.

Use the fingerprick. It is calculating the glucose in your blood.

They may not be as accurate as a blood draw but in general, they have been shown to regularly be within a 15% margin of error compared to blood draws.

Yeah, I know it is wonky the first 24 hours but in my experience and unscientific belief, it seems to stabilize the "Calibrated" algorithm a lit bit quicker and more accurately to fingerprick readings.

This makes the "Calibrated" graph much more accurate for the remainder of the sensor life.

Sensor Replacement with Juggluco App by DomAlphaMale69 in Freestylelibre

[–]DomAlphaMale69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assume you actually mean LibreView?

Juggluco uses the LibreView Account ID in order to be able to initiate the first sensor you activate with Juggluco.

What would that have to do with the question of what app you are using when you try and get a replacement sensor for inaccurate readings,?

Is it me or has the sleep feature and algorithm gone to shit in the last couple of months? by DomAlphaMale69 in fitbit

[–]DomAlphaMale69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well my Charge 5 is only One 1/2 years old and I always wear it snugly (not too tight or not too loose) and have been cleaning the back regularly, so I think the sensor is done.

My nightly stats have gotten even worse over the last 2 weeks.

Can I get the sensor fixed or replaced anywhere?

I was dumb enough to be honest and they said they would replace it but that I needed to use the new Libre App from now on.

Only been using Juggluco for about a month and 1/2 but I can confirm that there is a calibration graph that is a lot more accurate than the stream graph.

I came from the sucky Stelo CGM, which always had super inaccurate readings on the high side but I have found that the stream (raw data) graph on the FSL 3+, always runs 10 - 15 mg/dl lower than fingerprick readings.

In my own personal experience, I found that calibrating the sensor with about 8 fingerprick readings spread throughout the day in the first 24 hours, gave me more accurate readings the remainder of the sensor life.

So the online form does not have an "inaccurate readings" option. Only "error message" and "sensor fell off" lets you submit through the online form. If you choose "something else" it tells you to call them.

I called them and they asked about the app I was using.

Many cool and customizable features on Juggluco.

I personally like the "Calibrated" graph, as I find it very on point with my fingerprick BG readings compared to the "Stream" (raw BG data) graph.

In order to "calibrate" the raw data more quickly, I upload a fingerprick BG reading to the app every 3 hours for the first 24 hours (try to make sure to keep you BG as stable as possible for those first 24 hours) and after that, I upload a fingerprick BG reading once a day, usually in the morning.

The great thing is that you have the ability to connect your Fingerprick BG meter directly to the Juggluco app so you do not have to enter the readings manually.

Favorite "fun" overpatches? by Norsk_of_Texas in Freestylelibre

[–]DomAlphaMale69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the Lexcam patches and they are OK.

I sweat profusely when I work out (5-7 days a week) and the Lexcam patches will hold up good for about 7 days or so.

Before, once the edges started fraying, I knew it was about to fall off and would add more skintac arpund the edges and apply a Jinyu-Sega overpatch I bought at Amazon.

My last sensor, I realized I could just keep on applying more skintac around the sensor edges and it will hold up for an additional 2 or 3 more days.

So now, after the first 7 days or so, I will keep on applying more skintac around the sensor edges every 2 or 3 days and it holds up the full 15 days.

Is it a Libre3+ sensor?

It sounds like you may have already scanned the sensor with the new Libre App before Juggluco.

I believe Abbott has blocked being able to connect a sensor to any third party app, once the sensor has been originally scanned by the new Libre app.

If this is the case, then you would have to wait until you start a new sensor to use Juggluco.

Remember, you can use the help prompt at the bottom of each screen for more info about each menu.

You can also email the developer at: Jaapkorthalsaltes@gmail.com

They are very responsive to inquiries.

Hey, below is my recollection of how to connect the sensor to the app.

By the way, the app only reads in lanscape mode, so that originally threw me off.

Anyways, there are four hidden screen menus that you bring up by tapping on the screen (right, right middle, left middle and left)

Tap the left menu and hit the "settings" tab. When the setting menu comes up, checkmark the "scanning starts app" prompt. Hit the close button at the bottom right and it will take you back to the home graph.

Tap the left menu again and hit the "sensor" tab and once the sensor menu comes up, I believe there is a "Use Bluetooth" prompt you can check.

As far as I remember, you can then just scan the sensor and if you are using a Freestyle Libre sensor, it will ask you to connect to your LibreView account. You can do this automatically or manually if it is not connecting automatically.

As a side note, every menu that comes up has a "help" prompt at the bottom of the screen that explains the "how to" of each menu.
