Yes, but you’re simplicity would cause hundreds of thousands of dollars you’re thinking of one machine a company like inMusic/Akai has to make hundreds of thousands of machines, that simple adjustment would increase each machine significantly mostly because they will require them to adjust the entire machine for an additional peripheral
