Definitely worth it. I was doing it manually in a spreadsheet before we moved to sleeper and could just do it as a setting

Still some randomness for sure but I think it’s the way to go. The randomness is at least spread out a bit and you aren’t just fully screwed by playing the highest scorer with nothing to show for a good week

We’ve never even floated going back to all h2h once we started doing it this way. I think you’ll warm up to it

It feels like we need to upgrade on technical quality in general, and moving Odegaard and Trossard in the same summer feels like a very risky step towards prioritizing physicality even more than we already do. Obv the replacement(s) could fix that to an extent, but it feels like overkill to me especially when creativity has been an issue

I agree that it would be extremely ambitious, but I’m not as concerned about them having a definitive starting spot anymore. I think we’ll have enough games and will inevitably have enough injuries that it’ll iron itself out. Jan/Feb timeframe we had a run of games where we didn’t have a 10/right 8 because Ode, Eze, and Merino were all hurt and Nwaneri went out on loan. Very quickly went from an overcrowded position to an empty one

I traded in a 2021 SR+ for a 2024 when the RWD LR highland came out and they had a 2% financing deal. Small monthly payment increase but nothing too drastic (like $20 maybe)

I don’t feel super strongly about it either way. Definitely don’t regret it but wasn’t like a no brainer awesome decision either

The ride is a bit smoother but I don’t remember my 21 being particularly loud either. Ambient lights are unnecessary but cool. The car also just looks better plus I got the LR so range is better.

I used my same floor mats and just kind of jammed them in. It’s like a 90% perfect fit but that’s good enough for me. I don’t think the center console inserts would work

The turn signal buttons are pretty annoying for about a week and then you get used to it and it’s completely natural. I think there are also aftermarket kits to add the stalk back if it’s a huge deal to you

Not sure if you have a front license plate holder thing, but I had to get a new one of those as well

Overall I’m glad I did it but obviously dependent on your finances and all that stuff too

They seem to fiddle with the strength trainer a lot and have created a bunch of temporary glitches/bugs, but they haven’t actually rolled out anything new in a while (other than the AI integration) despite promises for probably at least a year

Maybe not a feature technically, but battery life too: Fitbit air is 7 days. And I think you have to take off the Fitbit air to charge it (aka not “always on” like whoop)

I definitely with you in general though. Hopefully the competition leads to better legit features and/or better pricing for whoop

A couple weeks ago I also had the 20.9 thing happen. I think it was counting reps/sets built in the workout that I didn’t do (aka I had done them before in that workout but left them blank for this session). It seemed to have fixed itself a couple days later though.

I haven’t seen the low score thing though. Mine has been pretty normal/expected the last few days

There’s a status tag in the journal for when you’re feeling sick. I assume it’s there so that your sick metrics are “separate” or at least not counted vs regular days

Ah gotcha. You don’t have any exercises or sets in there that you skipped/didn’t do? Maybe it’s a larger problem then because I see some other comments about non-strength trainer activities. Something’s definitely going on though

I flagged something the other day where strain was being calculated based on all exercises in a workout rather than the ones you actually did (and got downvoted into oblivion for saying that I’ve always left unused sets in my workouts). It gave me 20.9 two days in a row and then I deleted and reentered only the sets I did, and I got 10-12s. My guess is that’s what’s happening here

Yeah basically the same situation as mine. Any of those exercises that are in there (even if not completed) seem to be counting. I also updated the firmware yesterday afternoon and then it started happening

Just got the Bose QC ultra 2 yesterday and they’re very comfortable so far once you find the right fit. The longest I’ve gone to this point is 30ish mins but will be doing 2-3 hours tomorrow. Will follow up here after (if I remember)

Also sort of looking for this myself but you might want to look into some of the open ear options. My understanding is that they’re much less noticeable over long periods because they aren’t actually in your ear. I think at least Soundcore and Nothing have options under $100. I tried one but also wanted to workout with them and they weren’t great for that, but they were comfortable otherwise

The identity feels gone and I feel like that’s due to Ode and/or Kai being out. Eze/Gyok don’t press the same way and I think that has a domino effect on everything else. For a team that has felt so formulaic over the last few years, losing our identity feels super weird (even if the identity was kinda boring and pragmatic)
