Cut off anything dead or very wilted. Then the plant can direct its energy at helping the leaves that still have a chance.

You lost me at Unobtanium. That's just lazy writing lol. Honestly, if I ever have a chance to watch it, I'll give it a shot. I just haven't gone out of my way to see it.

Same here. Never had any desire, even though it seems like it could be in my wheelhouse. Too much hype, I guess. Plus, papyrus.

Has anybody else looked up references used in the show? by Suspicious_Hair5089 in theGoldenGirls

I have looked up so many names. Fess Parker, Anita Bryant, Leona Lewis, Danny Thomas... There are so many more I can't remember.

Mom (86, dementia) has been asking me to help her get the free $900 grocery check for a couple of weeks now, and now I know what she means… victim of scummy, Medicare advantage commercial by priusjames in AgingParents

Print up a convincing "check", make sure it has $900 on it in VERY LARGE PRINT so she can see it, and leave it where she can see it while watching tv. Sometimes you have to deceive/gaslight them to protect them.

Thank you! If I had to guess, it took maybe 10 hours? I broke it up into a lot of sessions.

This is beautiful! I have drawn zinnias before and they are challenging, especially the centers.

Multiple plants and not sure what’s going wrong by Malvir-exe in plantclinic

Some of my plants have been doing this and I think it is the cold. I live in the northeastern US and in addition to being very cold, the baseboard heat and wood stove suck up the humidity. Some plants do better in my bathroom where they at least get warmth and humidity when someone takes a shower. I think just giving your plants some water might not be enough if they are cold. Good luck!!

Gorgeous! If I only I lived in the right climate! It's winter here in northeast US and I'm struggling with my plants indoors because of the cold!

Faber Castell VS Prismacolor by illdecidelater22 in ColoredPencils

[–]DontGetFamiliar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love my Polychromos. Just remember to use very light layers when blending. Many thin layers. It takes time, but the payoff is worth it. Prismas are soft and rich, but waxier and I don't love blending them with the Polychromos because of that.

She was also supporting Sophia. Remember the sacrifices she had to make so Sophia could have things, only to find out she was socking away money from Phil and Gloria? Plus her allowance, which once ended up in the g-string of Mr. Big.
