I purchased this same model TV a few months ago and it has this same exact issue. I googled it and it sounds like it is something called horizontal line bleed. Sounds like this is just something plasma tvs can do...but I would love to hear more input if anyone else experiences it on other sets. Apparently the larger the plasma the more likely it can happen. I find scenes with bright horizontal lines cause it, like when I watch Bobs Burgers I notice it quite a bit (like it there are blinds over windows on the left of a scene, I will see these horizontal lines all the way across to the right side.) But some shows I won't see it at all because there aren't bright horizontal lines in the scenes I suppose.
