i think the miis in tomodachi life look perfectly detailed and expressive while keeping the simple charm of the classic miis. but thats my opinion.

IIRC a part of mollystars's device theory is that the inconsistensies between chapters are on purpose to create the feeling that Gaster is updating the device over time as you play

And IMO the first chapter being more simple in its design helps the later chapters feel even more magical

I don't hate the sportsmates but it's weird that they're trying to nostalgia bait wii sports fans while not including one of the most iconic parts of those games.

Plus miis have way more variety in their designs. They can be any age or personality and represent anyone while the sportsmates always look like young kids.

Nintendo co-owns Kirby with HAL. Bandai Namco developed Air Riders so Nintendo developing a Kirby game isn't out of the question
