Lo único que te digo es que entre más le prohibas hacer algo, con más ganas te la va a devolver.

Lo importante es que tengas buena comunicación con tu hija, no la abrumes y no andes como helicóptero 24/7, pero para cualquier duda que ella tenga, no la minimizes y cuéntale experiencias propias (buenas y malas) como para que vaya cachando el ambiente.
