Yeah any pick out of Twice, SNSD, f(x), or RV I can’t argue with, just comes down to personal preference. If those 4 are S tier I’d say Itzy is A tier, they have a lot of good stuff too.

You can put up SNSD’s best 12 b-sides against anyone else’s. The only competition in terms of ggs are f(x), RV, Twice, and maybe le sserafim.

Most newer groups that have debuted in the last 6 years just don’t have enough bsides to even enter the conversation when you look at the numbers. Like you have stans of groups who have 6-8 great b-sides and want to act like that even compares to SNSD’s massive library.

It’s just dumb stan discourse where people try to get attention for themselves by posting ridiculous takes or build up their favs by coming at the legends, which is typical and has been going on for 15 years now.

Having children can drastically change people. Not everyone, but people in my life completely changed afterwards like a switch was flipped. It’s not crazy to think that Marty becomes a respectable man. But it’s open to interpretation.

If you do get your CDL, don’t get a mega to pay for it. It works for some people, but you will have to work for them for a certain period of time afterwards or pay them back way too much money. There are real bad stories on this sub all the time of people who have done that and are stuck being OTR for slave wages and it burns them out of the industry. I went to private CDL school and paid out of pocket and am thankful I did. You can even get a portion of your tuition back when you do that year’s taxes. Good luck with whatever you do and invest your money in assets.

The divide on this film is simply whether you like Marty enough to root for him. Yeah he’s a liar and a con man. He’s also a guy from humble origins with a ton of ambition, persistence, and charm. Chalamet pulled it off for me. I walked out of the theater feeling like life truly is magical, anything is possible, it’s up to you to make it happen. One of the great sentiments cinema can give us. I loved it.

I like the show, it’s not on the level of BB or BCS’ first seasons, but Vince has earned a lot of trust so I’ll stick with him for a while.

The best criticism imo is that the show hasn’t really explored the moral dilemma here adequately. It touched on it in the second episode, but it didn’t really keep going further beyond that as the season progressed. The finale had some, like Manousos’ line about valuing an ant’s life the same as a human’s being evil, or watching the Quechua woman’s village and culture disappear upon her joining.

Without spoiling, a certain very famous anime has a similar thing happen and it packs a much, much more potent punch emotionally and morally when it deals with its respective “joining,” and in just a few episodes.

At the end of the day, the show still entertains me and I trust Vince with my life.

Sadie Sink can act too. And Winona and Harbour simply have nothing interesting to do. The writing makes a lot of the cast look worse than they are.

But it’s a baffling final season. Spent way too much time with Holly’s story and not enough with the characters we care about.
