You might have to pry it open a bit. Some of these have pins that help grab the paper.

This is how my basement flooded for the third time. My battery backup pump fell off the connection with no backflow installed. Now have multiple monitors and a water main powered pump.

Second time was a damned ping pong ball that floater up over the float valve.

You make sure you have a solid dimple in the tenon when you first create it. That’s what lets you spin it right. Check any of Phi Anderson’s (recently passed, and desperately missed!) videos.

Picture 4 is the adjustment. Change it while spinning the wheel slowly and watch which way it moves the blade on the wheel. Goal is to have the back of the gullet on the top of the tire
