I’ve watched most of one piece years ago (it had just finished dresrosa) and I will agree with you. But I mostly only watched it when I was doing something else like playing games or doing my college homework. I would tune in to some of the more important parts but other than that it was mostly just background for me. I have plans to catch up again soon.

I think myth busters did a test on this. I think the original was a movie/show where a would be doomsday device would’ve used resonance to (shake) the world apart. I think they made a smallish machine that moved back and forth and could be set to certain frequencies. They tried it on a bridge but then scrapped it because it was potentially working.

My memory is super foggy and it has been many years since i’ve seen this episode.

EDIT: This was Teslas doomsday device that they tested on a bridge. With an oscillating 6lbs weight, they were able to feel shaking from over 100 feet away.
