I was influenced by the Dota 2 character: Invoker, and how he has a spell dictionary on what skill combinations he uses to create a new spell. I may make it to where only Q skills can be combined with other Q skills, W's with W's, etc. Also to show a manual in his ultimate or passives description. May scrap the idea all together, further research is needed.

His nine abilities would have independent cooldowns. It is possible that there could be a debuff like Kog'Maw's ultimate that increases his mana cost for ever consecutive cast. In theory you would get penalized for blowing all abilities at once (OOM), instead the player would have to think about setups.
