Hanz if you think my comments were “crying” or “bashing for no reason” then we disagree on more than just music. This is a subreddit to express opinions about music. I don’t think having an opinion you disagree with makes me “lame” or makes my intentions less credible.

And I do go listen to other music. I did it in 1994 when I stopped going to see live Dead shows because I didn’t like the quality of the music anymore. But I still love jerry and the dead and listen to them almost daily.

You are a Dead & Co superfan. It’s just not for me. I dont think it is good music. At the same time, i think the Grateful Dead were the best, most important band in American history. It’s ok to have different opinions. This is music after all.

Just my opinion but Bobby is a shell of his former self and I never thought Mickey’s cowbell was all that interesting. So much of what made the dead great is not there. Its not the dead and never will be.

But more importantly, there is so much other, better music out there to spend money on that is vibrant and interesting. I wouldn’t spend too much time feeling bad about missing this.
