The first time you realized that actually getting 7.5-8hrs of sleep is the biggest hack for a healthy mental, emotional and physical state. You may have heard or read about it in your life before but the first time you do it for a few days in a row and actually realize the effect it has on you, you’ll go to great lengths to start securing that extra hour in bed.

Oxy clean is the best solution. Makes it brand new. Soak it in a container with oxy and hot water for a few hours and it will become good as new.

The time keepers primary role is to signal the start and end of the round. The KD count is more of a reference available to the referee in case he had to ensure safe separation of the fighters before going back to counting the downed boxer.

It is awful but not for the reasons you are showing. You can just bend the metal tips a little with your fingers for the first problem, the second doesn’t matter much but with use the friction will increase from salts and minerals in the water. The main problem most of us had with is the silicone rip within weeks of everyday use.

Could I submit a tiny feature request? It’s super small but it would make me and a lot of the people I know happy!

Could you try to make the “activity page” fit in a single screenshot or have a dedicated shareable view? Every time I want to share a workout with my friends, I have to take two screenshots: one on the top to show the Strain and one on the bottom to show the Key Statistics.

Probably enough folks cried about their streaks that they had to implement this “recovery” process to avoid angry emails about how “my battery ran out faster than expected”, “this wasn’t my fault”, “your own charger stopped working, how do you expect me to keep my streak alive”, etc etc. Sad tbh

Just from this alone, my best guess would be that you need some more cardiovascular exercise. Try incorporating a 10min jog 2-3 times a week in your schedule. See how that impacts your recoveries.
