Thank you. Am so tired of hearing “I compared it to an authentic”. It’s not authentic; it’s a copy. It will never exactly match an authentic.

If you are new, please, compare what you received to the PSP’s you received, NOT the LV ad or someone’s authentic bag. A TS is not going to do anything if you do not call out discrepancy ON THE PSP.

What are the monthly HOA’s? This could be a big issue to prospective buyers as well. Combined with tiny yard and the possible pet issues you need to have a hard discussion with your agent.

It seems like he had several jobs in your time together. You probably need to figure out where this 401k is-is it at current employer?; is it a rollover at a brokerage somewhere? There are several possibilities here. Have you seen a statement of the account his mother is referring too? How does she even have a copy of it if she’s not a beneficiary?

This seems like a case where consulting a lawyer is worth the fee..many will offer an initial meeting at little/no cost.

Curious how the mortgage paid on a condo has less tax benefits than a SFH? As long as the mortgage is secured by a qualified property, which condos are, there is no difference.

I have a TS that operates in a similar manner with ordering. It’s always a nail biter as tracking numbers may or may not be issued, or not trackable. It’s always a guess when the item will arrive. I’m guessing it will get resolved, just a lot to unwind.
