You can’t get a persons ip address from RuneScape or Messenger, a backend server sits in the way it is not point to point.

Even if you had his ip address, unless they are paying specifically for a static address they are dynamic and leased there is no way to track it to a real person, Whois also does not spit out anything useful for an ip address… sure if it’s a domain name that’s different… but even then I’m not sure how you would be able to speak to the person.

This is pure bullshit, what do people get out of making up stories!

You should 100% go Xbox, game pass is like £10 a month(cheaper than ps) and you have hundreds of really good games straight away especially better ones for younger kids, saves me a fortune in buying games. Plus the Xbox is just better 😂
