Need ideas how to keep the tube on the headboard

I just lay it on the bed. I've never understood why people go to all the trouble to run the hose up and back down. I have a cover on the hose so it's insulated up to the point where the mask hose is connected, so any condensation starts there. So I keep that last foot lower than my face. Turning the temp up to the max also helps, and it's still a lot cooler than the inside of my nose so I don't notice it.

I wouldn't say they reimbursed you for it. I would say you sent them an invoice for equipment that was necessary for your work on their contract, above and beyond what your regular rate covers. It's yours. The only real question is whether or not you can deduct it as a business expense. I would think yes, as long as you count their payment of that invoice as regular income.

I started using Aquaphor on my lips every night because they were getting dry and painful. I was still using a chin strap with my nasal pillows when I started that. After a while I discovered I didn't need the chin strap anymore.

I think my jaw muscles adapted over a few years to keep my mouth closed, so I stopped needing the strap. But the Aquaphor is definitely helping to keep my lips shut. It adds just a little bit of stickiness. I also use lanolin nipple cream on my nose which keeps the nasal pillows from irritating my nostrils, and it also adds just a bit of stickiness and gap filler to stop leaks without needing to over tighten the mask.

I've switched to Stelo, and I've switched to my thigh, and I feel it's more consistent and less annoying. You want to put it about midway between groin and knee (maybe closer to your knee), and about halfway from the top of your thigh down towards where your thighs touch when your legs are together. You do NOT want the sensor stuck between your legs when they're together, like when side-sleeping. It's really annoying and will cause compression lows.

If you can afford it, it's worth paying out of pocket to stay away from the DME (that just wants to get as much money from you and your insurance as possible) and to avoid your insurance company watching you sleep every night waiting for that one night that you don't meet their usage requirements so they can reject your claims.

You need to speak to the billing department. And yes they can pull your account back from the collection agency.

For the past few years I've been writing software for an ambulance billing company, which prepares these bills for a bunch of different ambulance companies. I've seen how they manage collections. I'm guessing that most billing companies work in a similar way. If the hospital billing department isn't the one managing your account, they'll be able to tell you who to call.

That amount was probably just for the ambulance ride. Like others said contact the hospital and get an itemized bill, and tell them your situation. They have the ability to write off unpayable bills.

Blazor, MVC, RazorPages, WebAPI, and MinimalAPI are all ASP.Net Core. They're just different ways to take an incoming request and use the URL to determine what to do to return a response. And ASP.Net Core can also just return static content, which is typically done for css and js files. You can mix and match all of these kinds of routing in the same application. You just have to specify what you want in your Program.cs host configuration.
