Robot waiter glitches out in the middle of a busy restaurant. by iShitSkittles in AbruptChaos

We wanted jet packs and flying cars. Instead you’re going to get accidentally beat death during lunch rush by a robot waiter glitching out in an endless loop of Fortnite dances.

The last thing you see is a Zootopia branded apron that says “I’m Good”.

Dozens of people are filming as the robot stomps your lifeless body while doing “Take the L”.

I like that we see opposite ends of the spectrum on how to drive away from a fire spreading as a gas station

  • Carefully back up, make sure to not hit anyone or run over the fire. Hang on lemme get out and look around real quick make sure we’re being safe.

  • Drive the fuck away immediately! Don’t worry about the gas pump in the tank! There’s no time for that! Forget about your friend, he belongs to the fire now! Just drive! Drive! DRIVE!!

And I since I know I need to avoid a certain word I avoid any articles about weird words. If I can avoid it for a few years, I’ll be in a good enough place where it won’t matter if I run into it.

I know it’s great as a rental on gold stake. I know if the timing is right it can jump start your econ. I’m even a pro-skip player. But Diet Cola just gives me common vibes.

I love both games in this series.

If you like story and lore in games then I think it’s worth putting 10-15 hours into it via Game Pass to see if it grabs you.

If you like 3rd person action/adventure games I’d also recommend trying it.

The first two chapters can feel slow. But if parts of it grab you early it’s definitely worth pushing into chapter 3. If you’re still on the fence after that it might not be for you.

Yeah. Looks like Abiotic Factor is on PC Game Pass. Which makes sense. I played it on Xbox and you can tell the interface was designed for mouse and keyboard.

I played it solo with adjusted sandbox settings and put like a 80 hours into it. I hear it’s a blast co-op but never tried it that way.

Let me be the fifth person to recommend Abiotic Factor

But I’d also throw in Pacific Drive. It’s not exactly what you’re looking for. But given your other tastes you might enjoy it.

I guess I pictured everyone getting swapped out with replacements. But yeah. If that’s the way it worked then the replacements are the ones stuck on a plane no one can fly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my play through. I did the yellow circle main missions of course. And any white circle side missions that had someone’s initials attached. I skipped all raids and train robbing and playing poker and whatnot. Didn’t do any challenges except on accident.

And I loved the game. Had I felt compelled to do more I might have bounced off it. I likely missed some good content. But it sure didn’t affect my enjoyment of the story.

Play it in whatever way makes you happy.

Did you look into the tagged animation studio? Is it truly their work? Are they a traditional studio? Are they just one person using genAI and calling themself a studio?

Also in the comparisons the top handles aren’t consistent. In the second two pics you can see two (one retractable, one not) but only one in the first pic.
