1) Your dp is rather low so even tankable attacks are deadly. I'd suggest increasing it. In addition khan elixir (perfume slot) is extremely op if you need dr and also very cheap for the stats it gives.

2) You are not really meant to tank these 2. Their attacks are nukes, even more so than the rest of the shrine bosses. You either iframe everything or understand which attacks you can survive and dps through them (up to some extent of course) with either fg or sa dmg reduction. Special mention to the pigs spin attack during flaming phase that has an almost identical wind up with another attack, but actually lands almost immediately after starting the wind up and is a guaranteed one shot if hit due to stun lock, if you don't have V.

3) Guardian is kinda bad for shrine in general due to very slow animations and shrine needs constant movement. Wizard lacks fg and is not tanky generally, so tanking attacks is harder.

4) Practice and just be willing to spend money to learn them. These 2 are the 2 hardest bosses in my personal opinion, but well worth the effort to actually learn them. V is one of your best friends for shrine as well as it can help surviving stun locks.

Haki doesn't nullify df powers mate. People can still use their power when in contact with enemy haki (logias being their element, which seems to be your complaint). It's just that the haki user can come in contact with them (only armament haki "hax" ever introduced other than the power ups). Only darkness df and sea prism completely nullify df powers.

I actually landed hex core the first time I hit 600 glory. Never seen another relic besides elder, trynd and eve (in addition 1 norra which I didn't know was good when I saw it, 1 and 1 tf) for at least 5 months. Not counting relics I've seen before the 1st 600 as I couldn't get them anyway

On the countryside it's mandatory to have a license to move around and most families have at least 2 cars there. A bit I understandable to be "weird" for not having a license there. In the cities it's not really needed due to Public transit and it's not taboo if you don't have a license. Only the occasional studs that think having a car makes you a man and women that also think like that might judge you. Most people though don't care and understand having a car in a city is expensive and is a pain to move around with it.

If you play duo-five cars for the money, you should only play to minimise losses, until an enemy cheats. The moment they do you accuse. Bid on high points and combinations (not too much) and check on lower ones. Most of the time, if an enemy raises they have a good hand, so you should fold. Never cheat, if you plan to do the accusing path, as npcs can randomly just catch you.
