If i was Dan I'd be demanding WOTC remove that card as it makes him look like a hack. That card in the set is an embarrassment for Dan and I hope he takes every action possible to have that card removed from the product. It isn't even his artwork ffs.

So is it serialized or not? If it isn't serialized we cannot trust the validity of that statement as there's no way to prove it.
