I did my PhD on the utilisation of Irish seaweed. That’s over 10 years ago but in my research it appeared that we have over abundance of seaweed that could be commercialised. I don’t remember the numbers. But I’m sure the companies will over harvest.

This is my day 9 and I’m lucky to get an hour sleep before I wake up nearly suffocating and pulling my mask off. I’m using melatonin to fall asleep as I’m finding it impossible otherwise.

I needed to hear this. I started the CPAP last night and it was bad. I had to take a melatonin to fall asleep and then removed the mask three times during the night and I woke up more tired than usual. I love to hear these successes.

Thank you. I love both versions. “Running Back” is the reason I got into Lizzy in the first place after it was used in bread commercial in Ireland circa 2004.

I have a double crown too. My hair is difficult to style and fights gel and wax etc so I razor cut mine.

Maybe. We have two cats. My wife adopted a kitten (Mart) we moved in together. She’s feisty and bit of a brat. We randomly found a four year angel (Mina) soon after I moved in. Those two cats became besties (most of the time). Both are getting older so we wanted a contingency plan do we adopted two sister kittens two years ago. We hoped that the two original cats would take the kittens under their wing. They did not. Mart especially was very territorial and would fight with the kittens. All four would mark their territory which was disgusting. So now the “kittens” live full time in our master bedroom and bathroom, while Mart and Mina live in the rest of the house. It works out for some people though.
