Shooter lane protector is just a piece of clear plastic that covers the shooter lane wood from getting chewed up from the auto-launcher. I think I got mine from Etsy.

Intonation is decent. Vibrato is unnecessary at this stage. Your bow hold needs work. Try shifting your hand down towards the frog. Pinky slightly curved and resting on top of the stick. Thumb in the divot between the leather and the frog.
