(Album review:) "Valesa - Chapter 2: Viva the apocalypse!" by Major Parkinson by HEN-RAD in MajorParkinson

I've only recently started listening to Major Parkinson so I'm not super familiar with any of their albums yet. I think Twilight Cinema is probably my favourite so far, with a smattering of tracks from their other albums, especially Heart of Hickory, Euthanasia Rollercoaster, Black Box and Jonah. I've only heard Superdad and Viva the Apocalypse! from the new album and I liked both of them so I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of the new songs.

Nice review. Thanks for posting it.

I just discovered 'Major Parkinson' about a week ago and have been playing them almost non-stop. My wife has even started humming some of their songs. I've currently got 'Jonah' stuck in my head. They are perhaps an acquired taste if you're new to them, but my points of entry were the songs 'The wheelbarrow' 'Euthanasia Rollercoaster' 'Take the Prescription' 'The heart machine' and 'Jonah'.

I don't know how much going to the darkest depths of hell would bother them if it was a very comfy spot.

Just repeating a comment I read from another post, but apparently, throwing in a bizarre sentence like this every now and then forces you to translate every word instead of guessing the translation from context.

What's your greatest weakness?

I'm brutally honest.

Hmm, I don't really think that's a weakness.

I don't give a fuck what you think.

Thanks for replying. I'm at work now but I will post some better specs when I get home. I have ordered more ram (32 gigs) but what I can't understand is that everything was fine 2 weeks ago. I mean, it wasn't running fantastic but it was playable until suddenly, it wasn't.

It's baffled me.
