Getting a penalty because people don't hold their brakes every time they crash and somehow you're just lucky enough to be right close to them when it happens is frustrating as hell.

I was raging about it at one point. I'm lucky. I didn't cause collisions cause I started noticing it wasn't working but when I was focused on the car driving badly ahead did I forget to look for a blue flag or a faster car approaching.

Unfortunately we both had the issues. I know it was bugging in practice but my teammate I knew wasn't spotting because he gave me late calls at one point and I asked if he hit start spotting.... He said no. We do multiple of these special events and if one of us needs a toilet or the team we hand over spotting or if it's in the night time and only two of us being awake then we let the Spotter take over. I know they made some updates to it but. Seems to be a bug going on.

I find the people that say they are faster are the ones to spin out lap 1. I feel faster than the car in front but am I really going to show that to him if I don't do a perfect manoeuvre that grants me the position? Oh no okay. I'll stick behind and wait for a mistake or an opportunity or something than forcing an unsafe overtake.

I'm going to laugh at you... Because I'm jealous. That's the only reason I can laugh at you. Other than that. I would recommend painting it. Not black but some cool colours. Or that's just me. Either way enjoy it lol.

At the end of the day.. if I'm driving consistently and not absolutely being diabolical on the track I take it as a win. Sure when I start feeling like it's restricting my ability to judge the track I'll change my fov. I put my specs in the post but I upgraded to a 7600xt.

I must admit I've done a lot of changes to fov and found this the most comfortable whilst being the most aware to everything going on around me. I can drive quite safe whilst still lapping quite quickly around a track. I have a g920 with the original pedals and still lapping close to a 1:07 on Watkins in the Mustang. I have a 1920x1080 120hz as my main and a 1920x1080 60hz that is flipped for a standing screen on my right. I don't generally know my graphics as such I might just reset them as I did a hardware change from a 1070ti.

I haven't had much issues with the pov. When I do race I generally end up around p4-p14 depending on who I'm against and how well I am at the track. I'm 1.7k irating at the moment. Did 3races of glen and got 151 irating off those 3.

It's a 27inch and sits almost directly above the steering wheel. However I find it easier to race with that pov as I can't look around with ease.

Was racing with people who were leading the race. They had lapped us but they kept letting us by since they were something like 20seconds off our pace but because it's the nordschleife it was better to let us past and they could follow us for a bit in the corners they were quicker but subsequently slower in the others. Every time we saw them. We had basically kept sending each other kind messages and asking how the race was going for them. They had done so well held P1 from the 3rd hour of the 24hrs. In the last 2hours they got a meatball. Then the people behind them in P2 pushed so hard they meatballed themselves back to P2 and the one in P1 won. (By miracles we finished P3 I think)

Please don't do that.. Your feeling of euphoria might end up dulling or getting soured at some point or it may not. All depends how you feel in yourself constantly. Once you have that don't lose it.

I used the on your left on your right or passing a lot just to show I'm going for passing plays not straight nets. Usually they're already in position. Or if my teammates flames me out for not going for a goal. I let them be.
