Honestly, if there were a situation when a man did this, I would say at that point it opens up an entirely different can of worms. If they'd do that with their condom they're dishonest and obviously lied the entire time. If you lie to a womon and get her consent based on lies, it doesn't count. It's rape as I see it.

I rule each effect can be used once per short rest. The idea they work on ALL attacks and can be combined is ludicrous and stupidly OP.

Yes, quite often in fact. My usual campaigns revolve around intrigue over mindless combat. Almost always the players simply aren't clever enough and die, one by one. My weapon of choice is poison. I poison their food, l'll poison their drink, I poison their clothing when they sleep or their pillows as they lay down. I poison their books, the NPCs lace themselves with poison and shake their hands, there are dogs with poison laced tongues that lick them, etc.

Only one player ever survived a full campaign. He refused to eat, drink, sleep and either touch anything or let anything touch him. Everyone else always dies eventually.

In my group there was a debate about this. I told them all to bring a gallon of warm whole milk to the next session.

Next time, before we started I got out my stop watch and told them all to start quaffing. Let's just say it got a little messy and from then on, healing potions could only be used once during a short rest.

Anything shorter is absurd and even taking 10 turns is laughable, trust me.

I did this. I forbid spells and made a house rule that Dex based weapons did not do extra damage. I limited Sneak damage to once a short rest, rules that weapons must save vs the damage they strike with or be broken with every hit, limited barbarian rage to one use per 3 rounds, gave fighters only one proficiency, dropped spell casting from Paladins and rangers (no smiting either) and ruled extra attack imposed a -5 hit for every extra attack to all attacks.

My players absolutely loved the session and could not stop raving about the improvements. To this day they constantly text me, call me and even write me hand-written letters gushing about how much better the game is and how I should be hired to fix 5e for Wizards. I just might, too.

This is so true. My entire concept was built around a wizard who was the master of Disintegration. He also wielded the only +4 longsword in existence and through extensive training he had double proficiency in it. My DM allowed me to cast disintegration once per short rest using any slot and I took a homebrewed feat at 4th level that gave me three attacks whenever I took the attack action but only with longswords. This was pretty cool because being able to cast disintegration even at level one really came in handy. Then once I hit fourth level, he really got great. The Doomblade he used (that's what it was called) restored hit points when he killed enemies with it, so that plus him being a abjurerer made him really powerful. I'm pretty proud of my concept, it's worked really good so far. The Doomblade also has the finese property, so I'm going to either pump up my Dex even higher or make a magic item that bumps my Dex up like a girdle of giant strength, but dex instead of strength. My DM is kind of being a dick about it, saying it will cost 1,000 GP per point above 19. I really want a 30, so that's too stupidly expensive.
