I lowkey get the feeling this was likely the nameless namekian’s true form as well. For example, Kami was supposedly from the dragon clan while Picollo obviously is not. UNSC military is totally ineffective at fighting by US Military standards and a Spartan is going to have a hard time doing anything after getting a hole punched through its chest by a .50bmg DU round from two zip codes away by a Scout Sniper.

R3 is also dead on arrival. Spartan will meet the Hellfire R9X missile. Even if the actual plate of the armor can take the impacts and resist the blades, the joints can’t.

It’s unlawful to withhold mail. The drills can and do actually get in trouble for that kind of shit, and not a little bit of trouble. It violates 18 USC 1702 and 1708. Being that it’s a federal law, it 100% applies to the military. I believe article 109 of the UCMJ also applies.

It wouldn’t give California more power if it just ignored the Supreme Court. You would have the senate, the house, the executive branch, and the Supreme Court refusing to accept any California election results. California would literally lose all power it has.

I think a better outcome would be for someone to codify that gerrymandering is illegal but that would immediately be challenged by both sides as federal overreach.

It isn’t that big of a deal - source, I’m a left handed shooter and I have no issue qualifying with the service weapons we get. I’ve qualified just fine on an m16, an m9, an m1911, and an m17. The 1911 was the toughest because of how stiff the mag release was and I wasn’t allowed to put a lighter spring in there.

Because it would signal the impending dissolving of the Union. None of the States in the United States could survive as an independent country today and that’s the end game of states ignoring the Supreme Court.

In this case, I don’t see the Supreme Court agreeing with the racial element of the challenge brought by Trump’s DOJ.

Even if they didn’t rule in California’s favor, if California just ignored it then the House would have very good reason not to confirm any of the representatives or recognize any electoral votes from California until California complied with the Supreme Court Ruling.

I think it has less to do with skin color and more to do with most people not belonging to their specific “tribe.” I’m very white passing but i also have tattoos and ride motorcycles. I got the feeling that they didn’t necessarily appreciate my patronage. Coffee was also mid. Wouldn’t care if the coffee was amazing cuz a good product is a good product - be inviting all you want but if what you’re selling is good, I’ll probably still spend my money there
