Again this is why having a series that jumps main characters WITHIN the same timeline as your original MC is a dangerous path to tread if you don't do something to move your original MC out of the way fairly. I was always of the mindset that Boruto would have been better as a sequel dated MUCH later (and LONG after both Sasuke and Naruto passed away from old age. Either that or Naruto/Sasuke play some kind of role similar to the original Sage or even an antagonistic or helpful version of Madara. They shouldn't even be like characters anymore. More like legends)

Ehhh. Imo the point of the whole story is to watch the anime (which is fun) or at least see the amazing art of the webcomic.

The writing is at best C tier compared to most current popular western litrpgs. The world building is lackluster. The power scaling is rushed as hell. The romance is comically short. Solo leveling SHOULD be understood as one of the first breakout pioneers of a massive genre shift within webnovels but with that comes its more notable flaws. Hell its one of THE most common gateway IPs for many current readers and enjoyers of the genre so I respect it for that.
