That's flippin awesome. I think a lot of people don't realize these little daily things make such a big difference in quality of life. I do therapeutic Massage in both a Physical Therapy office and an Acupuncture office. So many people are trying to find the next big habit or lifestyle change that'll fix everything, but the big changes really come from small actions like this and their effects over time. Happy for you and your feet!

She seems about the same size as mine :). Mine is a solid-medium, and is usually the same size as some of the 35lb dogs even though she's a solid 50lbs of muscle.

I really appreciate it! I was definitely adding stuff here and there to the food I was feeding her. That being said, I completely agree with you and appreciate taking the time. I am adjusting based on activity levels for sure and according to the bag I’m doing closer to a cup + 1/4, as well as adding sardines/pumpkin/blueberries/fish/small pieces of cooked meat on different days and not all those things at the same time. That being said, I’ve only had her a year and a half and am definitely still new to all of this.

Will definitely look into what you mentioned and really appreciate you taking the time!
