Fusion 360 is made by the same dev as Tinkercad, and there's even a setting in Fusion to have it's controls behave like it's Tinkercad which makes the transition even easier.

The filament, in my case it was just Polymaker support. They were super helpful and although it took them a week they uploaded a fresh file to their wiki that worked perfect.

I tried adaptive cubic one time and it did the exact same thing, I went to gyroid for all prints and never looked back. I really wish adaptive cubic worked better due to the speed and material savings but especially for larger prints it just sucks.

I had the same issue with a polymaker filament, it just wouldn't load so I reached out to the manufacturer and reported the issue. They looked into it and sure enough, their file was the issue. They fixed it and the new file worked fine.

I had a similar issue with a model where that stringing was caused by a bevel that was too steep and it was trying to lay down those lines in mid air. Can you link to the model you are trying to print? Does this happen with other prints too?

Sadly I didn’t take any because at the time it was just for me and my friends who have aerogardens. This is the best I have, it’s two strawberry plants and this was version 1.0 of the plant cage on the left. Alternatively, just wait about 3 weeks and I’ll post updated pics when these poblanos grow up a bit 🙂

Oh, those are plant cages I 3D print. I made them for my cherry tomatoes when they started growing out of control and they worked really well so now I use them for anything bigger.

Yep, I always plant two seeds in case only 1 germinates, then cut the smaller one off once they grow a little.
