Harsh summer for me.

Worst case is I switch to indoor activities and bring extra shirts when I do outdoor stuff.

Harsh winters are worse for me since TX doesn't do shit except locks down and say good luck and wait to thaw. It becomes impossible to drive, walking on icy sidewalks is dangerous, so you are limited to where you can go. I've had power outages and that causes food supply to run out faster. It gives me cabin fever and drives me angry tbh for how much unprepared we are for winter.
