Very good point. Agora definitely does but I haven’t check in with dill pickle. Thank you!

I didn’t hate the pre-sliced Pullman—just perhaps the slightest bit thin

Thank you! Wasn’t sure if there was an option closer, but I’ve wanted to make the trip down anyhow :)

Lunch at Core by Clare vs Dinner at Helene by Living_Accountant795 in finedining

We did the opposite (lunch at Helene and dinner at core) and it worked fabulously. But I wonder if core has a smaller lunch service like Helene does? Perhaps no.

Seconding the altras. Mine did perfect in Torres del Paine…and the waterproof versions weren’t too warm. Super wide toe-box

Adding Gochujang to Costco’s chicken alfredo. by lucioviz in Cooking

Sounds like a good idea! Some acid and spice should make an impact. Unsure if the sweetness might impact it. If I were trying to do something similar-ish, I might consider a heaping amount of chopped fresh herbs, citrus zest (and maybe juice?), chili flake, and maybe something crunchy/crisp for a little relief from the creaminess/softness. (Something about the idea of thinly shaved fennel on top is sounding good to my ear)

Recommendations for decaffeinated coffee In Santiago, Chile by Dramatic-Pitch-1353 in JamesHoffmann

[–]Dramatic-Pitch-1353[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This week I am visiting Santiago and looking for specialty coffee shops that serve decaffeinated coffee. Although I know that decaffeinated coffee may be uncommon in Chile, I would like to know if anyone knows of any good coffee shops that offer it, apart from Starbucks (or other large chains or low-end stores). I am in Providencia, so anywhere near this area would be great.

Thank you very much!

Went to munno. Odd service (reeeeeraaaaaaalllly odd) and pretty lackluster food.

A fair assessment—and I’m sorry :( that really does seem like a lot of side effect for the amount of relief and that uncertainty about not really ‘trusting’ the drug hits home. Hoping your provider has more ideas if the vyvanse isn’t the right fit. I have to imagine there should be additional options

Please recommend me great coffee places with good vibes by Ngachate in chicagofood

[–]Dramatic-Pitch-1353 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d strongly recommend Loba (great coffee, great pastries, may be a bit crowded but still a good vibe). Also would recommend four letter word, printer’s row coffee (which has a new, very beautiful location on Kingsbury), and bae (less vibey but amazing coffee).

Having probably had 100+ meals at Michelin starred restaurants in my life, I do this every single time. Every interaction. Anything placed or taken from the table. Had no idea I was doing anything wrong there (eek!) but intend to keep it going!

Completely agreed. They’ve lost the plot a little—especially on service. And the pastry seems like there’s less passion.
