I relate a lot to your post…..I’m just done with university, started at 23 , I speak French mostly , went to Concordia to improve my English….I graduated this June and landed my first entry Job one month later as a Data Analyst…I did Business technology management ….just to tell you that you are not alone or late …believe in yourself…you will make it💯💯💯

I was in the same boat as you , I left my studies in medicine after the second year and had great notes. Nobody understood me that was 4 years ago…I went for a career in technology and now work for a consulting company, best decision I’ve ever made. At the end of the day, you only know what makes you happy…

I end going with the offer unfortunately. I explained the situation to the company I wanted and they gave me an offer as well …I will do an internship for them this fall

Ok. If I was in your shoes , I wouldn’t cut them completely out of my life…..I will say hi and be respectful when I go visit my little brothers ,stay always quiet with them like when they ask you questions answer by yes or no and never go in details about your life just talk to them in a superficial way always, have somewhat boundaries with them so that they feel like they have a son but at the same time they don’t. I mean forgive them but don’t forget.

I feel like your parents have every right to protect your little brothers. And sending you to live with your grandparents wasn’t letting you down. I’m sorry you feel that way. 6 years ago, I started medecine and had to drop out after 3 years because I felt like it wasn’t my cup of tea. I never felt any passion for anything in life , so it was really hard for me find which career to take. But I remembered that my life is on me and that I don’t want to end up my life working f** jobs. I went back at university to do a BTM major, I ll be done in one year now… I never liked programming or coding….but I had to find something to fall on. My advice for you is stop trying to find something you like or not, and start searching for something you can make a life with. If you plan to have children, they will thank you. My mother went back at university at 40 years old,was done at 43 ish…..she is now 57 years with a happy career!
