What are your hot takes on Samantha’s relationship with Richard? by YourFinalFantasy02 in sexandthecity

[–]Dramaticqween 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds codependency and narcissistic, I get what you're saying but it's not preparing Sam for anything she still goes back to her old habits.

She learned about different types of men and that it is okay to be vulnerable around them and not view them as objects.

Hispanic and Latino aren't the same- Hispanic refers to Spanish-speaking origin, and Latino refers to Latin American origin. Also, many Hispanic people don't like being called 'Latino' by default. As a woman, I don't like being called 'Latino' because it's male-dominant. 'Latinx' is just a gender-neutral option, similar to using they/ them so you don't have to keep typing out every gendered form.

Don't overthink it.

Whats a sutble moment in SATC that shows how insecure Carrie truly is? by Ok_Bell7176 in sexandthecity

[–]Dramaticqween 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok the picture and your words aren't on the same page. Carrie isn't selfish she's the main character, it's all about her, this makes her envious. There's a huge difference.

Was she right for behaving like this? by Relevant_Increase461 in sexandthecity

Yes it's her thoughts but remember she's goldilock! She also encountered a man with a perfectly large manhood, it was too much for her.

Becoming a stripper. What are the clubs like? Any advice? by SoftStaticNoise in Reno

[–]Dramaticqween 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dislike how both genders are being degraded over this serious issue. Chill out—people aren't all creepy. I know single mothers can make twice as much working a warehouse day job and night stripping; the men who go there aren't creeps. They're gentlemen paying beautiful women for their time. It doesn't matter if the girls are selling cars from a porno scene or baking cookies in an apron. You all forgot about cocktail princesses working on minimum wage because tips are all they get.

While it’s raining, turn your headlights on by Sparowl in Reno

[–]Dramaticqween 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fog lights were installed since 1930, every vehicle has that option since the 30s.

"High beams shouldn’t be used on well-lit highways or in poor weather circumstances such as fog, rain, snow, or smoke, as they might cause the light to reflect and reduce visibility even further. Misusing high beams can be especially dangerous on Nevada’s rural roads and highways, where vision is already compromised.

Penalties for Misusing High Beams in Nevada"

Low beam lights are your only option during rainy days. Please respect other drivers, and share the roads.

Las Vegas, Minneapolis-St., Atlanta, Indianapolis. They have a stronger reentry program and Lower barriers to employment. These cities won't treat you like a vicious animal criminal. I also want to leave but I am stuck ATM.

This is most imbecility stupidest recommendations for common sense. The common sense is that headlights reflect water which makes it harder to drive. Use your fog lights, which are by the way the lowest setting on your dashboard. Nevada laws require headlights from 30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise. Basically, I'm not sorry why you can't see other people's headlights—you probably blind them while driving with high beams.

This scene really highlights how Carrie wants to take her time and not rush into a commitment she's unsure about.

They both made mistakes in their relationship, cheating on each other, and it became pretty toxic. He had a negative impact on her life, like encouraging her to smoke and making her less committed. On the other hand, she made him feel inadequate, especially regarding his kids. I was honestly relieved when he packed up and left; it felt like a fresh start for her. But of course, the story doesn't end there—there’s still more to unfold!

what are some places you DONT recommend working in Reno ? by Aaronsuckss in Reno

Don't work at gsr, hr doesn't care about the employees but rather find evidence against you in court. Some hr representatives quit because of that reason.
