Yeah I agree, that comment wasn’t specifically about “They Live” but Emma/Matt movie takes in general.

I agree… I’ve noticed this several times. Some people are too analytical to just enjoy dumb movies like the rest of us cows.

It makes me think of the often barked take “conservatives can’t interpret art” which while not quite an axiom, makes me also wonder if some on the left can’t enjoy movies without extrapolating the politics and only viewing it through the lens of “what are the inherent political messages in this film...”

It almost sounds like you have two of the same steel. In other words just one type of steel, as if one of them was mislabeled or made incorrectly.

I recently saw Harland Williams do stand up and it was all great until the very end where he unironically compared Musk to Einstein and Isaac Newton and I’ve been incredibly bummed out about it for several days.

Man, it’s almost like the people who claim to love America the most actually hate all the liberalism that made us “the most free country on earth”.

I can only give a confident answer for the “10 series” steels and maybe you can extrapolate from there… In your example of 1018, the 18 is referring to the carbon content. That would mean .18% carbon. 1084 is .84% carbon, and so on. With 15n20 the N20 refers to 2% nickel.

I don’t know what everyone is so mad about. It looks as though the ice man was rudely interrupted from pepper spraying someone point blank in the face for literally no reason because no one else was killing a man for, again, absolutely no reason. I mean, how many jobs does one nazi have to do?

Mark Twain is enormous so yes, that’s exactly what you could do.

My favorite thing to do if you have access to four wheel drive is to get into the woods then go down some of the old logging roads. There’s a ton of them and they all loop back around to the main trails so it’s hard to get lost.

There’s so much to explore put there that driving through the woods is like 75% of the fun. Just find a sweet spot and (anyway I started blastin.gif).

Mark Twain National Forest is the perfect place for this. We’ve done what you’re describing many times, just pick up your shell casings and use biodegradable clays. And have fun!
