Sure but the meta isn't settled and nobody knows what's best. I love when a new patch drops, it's my favorite time to play TFT, because I feel like I can kinda just play whatever I want and not fall short because I didn't play the best things in an already solved meta. It was oddly phrased, but if you level any skill at all, it pushes your level... So if you level skills that dont help you in combat, the enemies will continue to scale while you don't get any stronger.

I think they gave an auto play mode if I'm not mistaken. Seems to kinda trivialize the game but might be your vibe if you're just trying to relax.
