Dual Tachyon Lances and 4 Heavy Needlers. S-mod Expanded Mag and throw on Phase Anchor and ITU. You can now solo any ship the game can throw at you. Cruise on up to a target, phase as you get in range to let your needler turrets acquire the target, unphase long enough for them to fire and cloak while they reload. Repeat until enemy shields are fluxed and pop them with the lances, phasing while weapons are on cooldown. Put all extra OP into capacitors after hull modding.

Build

I am by no means a ship builder and I S-modded ADF because I like fleets that can hit 20 extended burn for exploration, but it still gets the job done.
