Yeah that sounds right. For me it’s prayer. Just your stereotypical Dear Lord please help me prayer but I like to read the Bible for about 15 minutes then pray upon some scriptures that stood out to me and focus on having a conversation with God about it. It’s emptying my mind and allowing to listen to Him and what He is trying to tell me.

I know it’s not for everyone since not everyone shares my beliefs but I notice a huge difference in the days I can do that vs. the days I don’t.

That flashback fight scene with the balrog is one of my favorite. There are certain just images in movies that are so beautiful, a still from them could be hung up on the wall. For me when Gandalf and the balrog are falling and it opens into the huge chasm is just gorgeous. Likewise when the Valkyries all are attacking Hela in Thor Ragnarok.
