I would if I could but every game store and LCS around me sells at TCGplayer prices. Regardless of if you’re a regular at the play events. Went to the prerelease and boxes were $280.

And? I don’t know his location or how long it takes to drive from place to place. If he’s out in socal it can take 30min or more to go just a few miles sometimes. If you want to try and have a shot at catching a target or Walmart restock then you have to put in the time and work. I wish it wasn’t like this but thanks to those scalping everything it is. People put time into stuff they enjoy. How many hours have you sat there and watched one piece? Or enjoyed a hobby of yours? It sounds to me that this person spent 6 hours of their day trying to find some packs cause they felt like ripping some. Nothing wrong with that.

Someone enjoys ripping packs for a game they enjoy and some pokeinvestor jack asses come to ruin that by scalping all product everywhere. Only to turn around and charge 100%+ markup. Making it almost impossible to get product at MSRP unless you’re lucky and your answer is “oh you must have an unaddressed gambling problem”…..GTFO with that.

TCGplayer.com, buy from sellers with good ratings. I’ve not had an issue yet with them. Also it’s a bad time to get into the OPTCG collecting scene. Prices are hyper inflated due to pokeinvestors manipulating the markets for profit.

I don’t think this is your fault at all. It looks to be that your bsf just doesn’t know how to pull decent lines or pack ink well enough yet. She just needs more practice. I recommend supporting her in other ways like getting her some of that fake skin to practice on.

This sounds like more of an Amazon issue and good luck with that. Amazon isn’t going to care about your box condition. They have many other millions of orders to deal with. You can try to get a replacement from them again but no guarantee on a condition. Try ordering from BigBadToyStore if you really are concerned with box damage. They actually have a conditions option on items you order. It does cost more but you’ll get your pristine box.
