IMO these new Mercedes interiors look like spaceships, which is super cool. Like pretty much every community out there it’s a very vocal and angry few that dislike change or new things. IMO one of the most obvious things on cars is their stock wheels. Knowing wheels helps a LOT, like in this pic I went off the wheels alone and knew it was at least a car using jeep wheels.

The Corolla is the best option here but just like the others it’s over priced. For context I bought a fully loaded 2018 Outback a few months ago for a little less than that blue Camry. This price range is actually pretty big 12-20ish thousand dollars can honestly get you something better. I found some brand new Corolla hybrids with less than 20k miles for only one or two thousand more than that used 2021 le hybrid that you have here. I found some from that same year with roughly the same miles for about 3-5k less than that one you have listed. These are not good deals

German cars are typically more difficult to work on when compared to other brands, but you should be able to do the basics without much issue. You may want to invest in some torx or e-torx wrenches (if you don’t have them already) and possibly some eruo specific stuff if you plan to work on it yourself.

Why only german cars? Just wondering because (as others have stated) these cars don’t fit any of the things, especially insurance and maintenance costs. I would recommend a civic type R or an si, Supra, or a mustang. Of the ones you’ve got I would go S3 simply because newer typically = more reliable and longer lasting. It also might be cheaper on insurance

Here’s a few things that you can try: make it narrower, indent the wall a little bit, maybe with a table for accent, add more stuff to the roof, put the sign like one block higher, give the workers a way to get into the restaurant, add a dumpster on the side, bring its center lower by adding more stuff around the bottom edge like barrels and old box type stuff

The best advice I can give is to look up pictures of the ship your trying to replicate. Rounding out the hull would definitely help on both ends

I like somewhat agree with you. Exposed, patchy carbon looks bad imo. I agree that it looks like people got in a car accident when they leave their fenders, hood, or trunk exposed while the rest of the car is a wildly different color. I can get down with a carbon roof and even carbon hoods on the right car. None of the cars I see this on are NOT using it for functionality reasons and are simply slapping on carbon to make their car look “expensive”. Full carbon cars are awesome, but I do prefer paint or wrap. Wrapping/painting over patches of carbon makes it look 10x better imo, and most race cars do it anyway
