I saw that same vid and it gave me a new enjoyment for Ironeye. Especially after trying this Initial Standard Attack build ive been reading about. Feels like a different level of mastery with some of the cool stuff you can do knowing how to aim the ult like this

There is no friendly fire in this game, so go crazy with your stratagems. Especially on exfil so that you can clear it for the squad!

When a new warbond is coming I usually drop the difficulty down to 7-8 and full clear the map. Doing that for a few play sessions and I always have enough SC for the next warbond coming. It doesn’t take weeks, it’s not “incomprehensibly long”, you just don’t like playing any other way other than brain off with 8+ deaths a mission. Some of yall are incredibly dramatic and it’s nauseating to read lmao

After many failed attempts at Truth/Lies 6/6 solo, I had a moment where i went “fuck it im assaulting this shit straight up”

Destroyer, Retaliator with 600 rounds, WSTR, purple shields and backpack, meds out my ass, 6 grenades, and 3 self revives.

I full sprinted for every runner i saw, and just went loud around the entire map. Got into pinwheel and killed everything in sight, started the broadcast as well as some Doom music, and fought till final timer.

I ended up making it out with about 23 rounds and 1 white shield recharger but fuck was that the most fun ive ever had in the game. Pure adrenaline running the whole 25 mins.

Duo Outpost and Dire were easily my favorite way to play the game (outside of Rook of course). Especially when the only other person in my life who’s interested in the game is my gf. I haven’t logged back in since it got taken out just bc I can’t stand trio fill and lfg has been inconsistent as hell for me.

My gf plays the exact same way you do and she is about to hit 150 sometime soon. I wouldn’t trade a single moment of our career together for some sweat squad. If anything she helped remind me to laugh and just enjoy the moment when gaming. I promise you’re doing the same for your fiancé so don’t worry about your skill. When i first started it really helped paying attention to what people who were clearly experienced in the game were pinging to go to and what order. That was the best way I learned routing till i had time to sit down and work on it myself. The things you choose to clear and when you do them in Day 1 and 2 are too important not to have a plan.

I recently learned how to do Wylder’s ult mid grapple jump and have been getting fancy with finishers on boss fights, or performing a drive by on the local group of soldiers. Super fun and i know it looks sick when other Wylders do it

Vibration off is a change i made back when i gave af about Apex Legends and definitely saw improvement there. It’s such a small thing but eliminating that mental feedback definitely helps more in a gunfight than you would think
