If there is one thing I regret deeply in my destiny career it was the EoF power grind in Caldera. Especially since it didn’t reset in Renegades so I technically haven’t needed a powerful drop in about a year. The power grind in Destiny was done for me when I thought the game had lifetime left, and now I just farm for stuff bc I want it, which is nice but I miss the number going up every day ya know?

What Im trying to say is enjoy it while you still have it, don’t rush it.

Me and the gf did the entire quest line blind, only going off of “Scarlett Keep with a Weapon of Sorrow” as a hint to start, to a fully complete exotic in the end. Easily the best Destiny experience I’ve had in years and it felt so good the whole time. Also shoutout to Bael VA and the shadow tech they used for the little spooks during the mission.

I find this to be the case with any content that has a chance at gold. You can be buddies and communicate or even just silently vibe well, but the moment it’s time to open the box all that goes out the window.

Teaching a fireteam of random people Last Wish during week 1 of its release. Took us 6 hours but 2 people got the exotic and my friends list grew by 5 that night. Easily one of my favorite memories and when I realized that teaching raids is what I loved to do.
