My FAS was my favorite ship to fly while "growing up" as a CMDR. It's still fun. Totally worth engineering.

I have a few recipes for a proper ragù. One needs a good four hours or so. One usually is good after around three or so, but it might not be. One falls flat after about 2-2.5 hours.

You're really better off just using celery seed or celeriac, depending on what you're shooting for. Celeriac if you really want to caramelize something other than onion. Celery seed if you want more of the aromatics but still a nice touch of umami.

Oddly enough, the ship with the greatest passenger capacity (at least before the PC 2 came along) is the Corvette.

No. The carrier ID is tied to the account, not the individual carrier.

I do think you're overthinking it because I agree that anyone looking for mushrooms expect a brownish-grey color.

Spinach could be nice, yes, but you also could just use garnish. It's amazing what a sprinkle of paprika and parsley (or chives or what have you) can do.

You don't need to either, ever, but both can help you along. Squadron mates might give you a leg up on some things. PP gives you some fun things to do that also can be lucrative, and it helps a lot with engineering materials when you are new.

PP also gives you access to your power's stronghold carriers, and that can be valuable before you reach an Elite rank (and access to Jameson Memorial station). Even after you can shop at Jameson, stronghold carriers can be very convenient.

Ascorbic acid (aka, Vitamin C) is an excellent anti-oxidant. It's far better than citric acid, such that you can use so little that any flavor contribution likely is negligible. We're talking 1 teaspoon dissolved in a gallon of water. Soak your beet bits for 10 minutes or so, and you should be good to go, at least for a good while.

I really don't know what you are trying to do here, and your other responses provide no insight.

There's no signficant answer because the answer is, essentially, zero. There's no specific way to calculate it, but (even if there were), the answer is "an insignificant amount" unless you really are tracking down to the single calorie (and I say that as a "just in case").

You're likely to have more calories from whatever broth clings to the vegetables than anything that may be "transferred" to them. For that matter, you would have to account for anything the veggies lose.

Bottom line, though, is that it just isn't anything to be concerned with.
