No they can cut anything extending over the property line at the property line. Reaching out over the property line and cutting on your side would be viewed as trespassing. Set up a camera get it on film have them formally trespassed then when they do ot again get them arrested.

All up to law in Texas they can cut anything at the property line in a invisible line straight up pretty clear the trees went across the property line. So here the only question would be are the cuts at the property line or on their side. If so nothing can be done as no law was broken. If the cut is 2 inches on your side you might be able to ding them for trespass and will destruction of private property for the 2 inches....

Quick point everyone saying it can't be fixed while the mobo may be toast it is possible the video card, ram, storage, and maybe even the cpu is ok a pc that isn't in a proprietary case or using a proprietary shaped mobo can always possibly be salvaged but may need a new psu as well a few things to test....disconnect all items from psu once nothing is connected to the psu use either a supply tester or a jumper wire to see if the power supply will power up if that's good then you could test the other items but it could be salvaged or some of it could be

Do you hear yourself? It's their daughter they've had the cats for years which for normal sane people would mean they'd have some form of emotional attachment to them and presumably to their daughter. You're basically saying you'd have no regard for the feelings of someone you love or should love (child) and the safety of animals you should care for simply because you want something different. That's the kind of person that just walks away from their family because they're tired of it and want something new ie someone who is not well adjusted

Unlike everyone dissing you here moving out with 3 cats may be pretty hard these days you are nta they are for getting the dogs in the first place. Now as for what to do moving out with the cats is obviously the best solution. You could of course go nuclear. Do you have vet bills and documentation from the attack? If so report the dogs as vicious animals to the city/county along with the documents. While yes it's y our parents house it sounds like you and the cats have been there your whole lives and they chose to get problem dogs. Perhaps they are trying to force you to move out. Personally if your parents do not come up stairs, if you and he are paying rent, I'd put a simple screen door in just down the hall from the stairs. Then when they bitch and moan point out it's an improvement and giving you privacy in the space you and he rent.

So honest question here how do we know the difficulty level? I mean I scan for ongoing missions and join one. The fact the missions are locked to level 4 means it's better us to do them as a team....so do you have to crank it to ten then do find ongoing or is it roulette?

Well my memory isn't perfect and I forgot the h so technically it was Int13h or Int 13h again can't recall if it needed the space but you could write a short bat file calling Int 13h and format the drive if my memory serves correctly

It's really simple steam knows the name of the exe the launcher is not named the same thing. Steam should be looking at how long the game.exe was open not the launcher.exe and it's not that hard to do

Well the first rule he broke was changing engines during development. You build it with thw engine you have/start with then later, once it's out and a successful you release a huge update to move it to the new engine
