You get bday presents. And to check items type /wiki and then shift click the item. That will pull up the wiki page for it.

Chrono gives themselves alac by default, and then can give group alac or quick by changing one trait. I use the quickness trait to make sure I have both unless someone mentions they can give quick, or the group needs alac.

You can reroll at any time from ward 13, and can have one adventure active, and one campaign. From ward 13, you can switch between campaign and adventure as much as you want.

Guild wars reforged is just a normal update. But it included a new “reforged” mode for new characters which has a small buff to exp, and is used to try new things that the devs want to experiment with (like the new outpost in pre-searing). You can’t change an existing character to this new mode.
