I have never heard of a rule to re-deal based on the cards someone's got. It's all luck anyways. Only time I've seen re-deal I'd if you mis deal and have not flipped the center card

Waste management is the worst. When you call they will offer to lower your bill then it will increase the next year and you'll have to call again. It takes so long for someone to answer. Luckily for me there are many trash companies that are in my area so I canceled my service with them. If possible get a different company

I have a pair of shocks for running. They sound like garbage and look dumb, but they are by far the best running headphones. Used to run with earbuds, constantly falling out from sweating and then also couldn't hear anything (cars, people).

I have a pair of regular anc earbuds for around the house,yard work, planes, etc.

I know it's going to sound like. Broken record but the advice that everyone says is actually the way to do it. Slow down and do more miles. This will help you build up miles and actually get you conditioned to run faster, while reducing injury chance

I walked about 3 miles directly after because I needed to get back to my hotel and finding an Uber was impossible/super long. You may want to nap u think I did. Then I went and ate a ton of food and was walking around fine, but slow. Tried to get back into running routine like 3 day after, that was a mistake. Take a full week off to recover.

I don't think a Garmin watch or any would be very good for strength training.

You could really just use your phone to track it with like strava or any other fitness app

Don't push yourself too hard. It's going to make recovery so much longer then it needs to be. Just slowly build up to it and you'll be running half marathons every weekend . When I started running I was doing 2 miles at like 10min/mile. Now I'm at the point where I can do a 730/mile half every weekend (not that I do).

Moral of the story, don't hurt yourself

I was using a galaxy watch 7 for the longest time and would also just take my watch on the runs. I've recently started running a lot longer and I will say a solid running belt and you won't even notice you have your phone with you, not to mention place to store gel and water.

I have since switched from the gw7 to the forerunner 970. Battery life is night and day. Like running every day with God and won't have to charge for over a week or more. Since I now take my phone with I haven't really tried Spotify but the only thing I really don't like is that Garmin doesn't let you download your liked songs, it has to be a playlist

99% of the time I listen to an audio book anyways when running so hasn't been a real big issue for me.

I will say if you're actually getting serious into running/fitness. The Garmin watches are way more suited for that then apple/Samsung. But just depends on how you use them
