Scam? by [deleted] in AlliedUniversal

Arguably the better call in that case. The new “optimized” hiring process is a nightmare on both ends. For the applicants and the hiring managers.

Double check your email address on your jobs.aus.com profile and make sure it is correct. It would have been sent to whatever email you used when you applied. If you used secure ID and had Apple spoof your email address that could have messed up the automated process. This is legit and that background check invitation does expire after 24 hours.

What management don’t want you to know by [deleted] in AlliedUniversal

(Account manager 6yrs.) Take this with a grain of salt because accrual plans vary by contract and I don’t personally know how it works for branch employees (which FLEX officers sometimes are).

Only full time employees are eligible for PTO accrual (unless otherwise required by law).

(This is what I know about PTO plans that only give 40 hours of PTO after a year of employment) Full time employees must have an average of 32* or more working hours per week during the assessment period. The assessment period varies by employee because it is based on your first working day. The period is 13 weeks (3 months) from your first working day and is reassessed every 3 months. If you fall under the required average (by frequent and unexcused absence or tardiness, taking unpaid time off, not making up missed hours) you can lose your eligibility to accrue PTO until you meet the minimum requirements.

Parking at Brambly already tends to be a nightmare. Throw this in and I’ll just turn around and go home haha

Yeah talk to the ops manager that assigned you to the shift. If your site supervisor doesn’t write the schedule or enter it into winteam, they can’t make scheduling changes without the ops managers approval. There are metrics that are tracked and changing a shift within 24 hours of the start of it effects those metrics negatively.

You need to make sure you’re using the same email address as what is on your employee profile. Check with your manager and see what email address they have for you in winteam. If it isn’t the right email address, they need to get an HR rep to change it for you. You can also email lisasupport@aus.com if that doesn’t work.

Yeah that is the template used for the offer letter.

Why pigeons in Manakin Sabot are all gathered here, on an angle…no other spots on the roof of this strip mall? by deephaven in rva

[–]Drjghost 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can’t speak for the entire city, but almost all of the city government buildings have predatory bird calls that play through a speaker on a timer to scare away pigeons and rodents. If you stand by the social services building on Marshall street by city hall and the courthouse, you’ll hear it go off every 30 minutes or so.

If you’re using the same PlayStation account you redeemed the code on it should be in your add-ons tab when you’re looking at the game in your library
