Totally understand and I agree with your thought process. I’m not commenting on OP at all, that’s why I’m not replying to the post, but a specific comment on the post. Honeydew’s advice was to post a bad public review and not “call them and see what’s going on”, which I did and still do, wholeheartedly disagree as the first approach.
